Course Description

The race venue located inside of the Lake Louisa State Park offers an ideal place for this event. Just a short drive from Orlando, Lake Louisa State Park is noted for its six beautiful lakes, rolling hills, and scenic landscapes. Lake Louisa is the largest in a chain of 13 lakes connected by the Palatlakaha River, which is designated as an Outstanding Florida Waterway. The entire race course is closed to traffic. The swim takes place from a beach start in a clear lake with average temperature ranging in the low 70's F.

Age Group Draft Legal Duathlon: 5k run (two loops), 20k bike (4 loops), 2.5k run (one loop)

Women’s National Championships: 750 meter swim, 20k bike (4 loops), 5k run (two loops)

Collegiate Club Sprint (non-draft): 750 meter swim, 20k bike (4 loops), 5k run (two loops)
